I have an MSc in Computer Science from the Victoria University of Wellington, and am coming up to twenty years ICT experience - in New Zealand and in the UK. I have worked in the automotive manufacturing/assembly and drug pharmaceutical sectors; and the public sector. Doing things like: developer; database administrator; team leader; systems consultant and enterprise architect. after I got my masters, spent some time as lecturer in computer science at Victoria University.

I have spent last few years on Enterprise Architecture and got TOGAF certification in 2007. I have experience in: software development; data modelling; conducting RFI/RFPs; contract negotiations; eGovernment; authentication and authorisation; ICT security; Strategic Planning.

I participate in a number of eGIF Standards Working Groups; and have recently developed a professional interest in sustainable ICT.

Measuring the value of data reuse

I went to the Open Government Data barcamp in the weekend, where I starting a discussion on how to measure the value of reusing government held data.
