1. Agreement to terms Welcome to In Development (the “Site”), a website hosted and operated by the State Services Commission (”we”, “our”, “SSC”). These terms apply to the entire contents of the Site and to any RSS or Atom feeds and email notifications produced by or via, or displayed on, the Site. By viewing and using the Site, you will be deemed to agree to these terms.
Intellectual property rights
2. Crown copyright Unless otherwise indicated, copyright in all material available on the Site is owned by the Crown or its licensors. You can reproduce this material free of charge without further permission, as long as you:
- reproduce the material accurately;
- do not use the material in a derogatory manner or a misleading context; and
- acknowledge the source and copyright status of the material.
For the avoidance of doubt, this licence extends to resyndication of the Site’s RSS and Atom posts feed(s) on third party websites.
3. Licence does not extend to third party contributions The licence referred to in clause 2 above does not extend to contributions to the Site by third parties (e.g., comments added to posts) to the extent that those third parties possess copyright in those contributions. Permission should be sought from those third parties for any use of their contributions that would otherwise infringe their copyright. SSC cannot grant this permission.
4. Licence to user-generated content Other than personal information not visible on the Site, which is covered under the Privacy Policy, any material you transmit or post to the Site will be considered non-confidential. You grant the Crown a non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable licence to publish your contributions in any media and in any format, including on this or any other website, in hard copy publications, in email notifications and alerts and in RSS, Atom or other feeds.
5. Third party copyright If your contributions to the Site include material in which copyright or other intellectual property is owned by a third party, you warrant that you have the right to use that material.
Visitor material and conduct
6. Unacceptable use You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from the Site any material that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or otherwise injurious or objectionable.
7. Co-operation with authorities We will co-operate fully with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing SSC to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of clause 6 above.
8. Standards of Integrity and Conduct Government employees who participate on the Site are reminded of their obligations under the Standards of Integrity and Conduct.
Moderation
9. Pre-publication moderation Contributions to the Site are moderated by one or more SSC moderators before being published. Those moderators may decline to publish contributions or may modify contributions if they are considered to be either contrary to clause 6 above or irrelevant to the subject-matter of the Site.
10. Banning abusive commenters We reserve the right to terminate a user’s access or ability to post to the comments areas if we believe the commenting facility is being abused.

11. Links The inclusion of links to third party sites does not imply any endorsement of the linked website or its content or provider.
12. Contributors’ views are their own Views expressed on the Site by SSC contributors are those of the contributors and do not necessarily reflect the views of SSC or official policy.
Revisions
13. We may revise these Terms of use at any time. Any such revisions will take effect once notified through a post on the site detailing the respect(s) in which the Terms have changed.
